RMKS/1. Congratulations to the following echelon 3, 4, and 5
commands for having earned the Reserve Component Personnel Programs
Excellence Award (RPPEA).  The following commands met or exceeded
the measures of effectiveness identified in reference (B):
a. Eighty-five points on the annual Career Information Program
Review.
b. Seventy-five percent aggregate reenlistment rate for Zones A
through C.
c. Eighty-five percent Transition Goals, Plans, Success 2958 VOW
Compliance rate.
d. Zero Failed-to-Submit Career Waypoints-Reenlistment applications.
e. One hundred percent Career Waypoints qualification of Selected
Reserve personnel attached to the command or directly subordinate
Reserve Units.

signify receipt of the RPPEA and may paint their command anchor(s)
gold until release of the following year's award announcement
message.  Commander, Navy Reserve Force (CNRF) will provide
commendation certificates via Commander, Navy Reserve Forces Command
(CNRFC) for all qualifying commands.
